Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of the order. Please allow 3-10 business days from the order date to receive delivery of the product. Delivery times may vary due to holidays, events, or any unforeseen event that may occur. Please place all orders ahead of time during the holidays to ensure that the product is delivered in a timely manner.

Chargebacks

All chargebacks are billed at $35 plus a $15 restoking fee.

Email Confirmation

Customers may receive email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Tracking information may also be provided by visiting USPS.com Monday through Friday, CST.
